We're now secure

Submitted by Anna on Sun, 04/24/2016 - 11:19

Today I added some security to the site, we're now serving the site on https://webbyanna.com.

In reality, this probably doesn't really mean much since we do not really handle sensitive data here, but it is never the less a good thing to have.

Themes are gone

Submitted by Anna on Sat, 02/27/2016 - 17:55

I have for the time being removed the themes section, mainly due to the fact the themes that were on site are old and obsolete.

If/when I find time to start coding again they will probably return.

Some changes

I finally got around to doing something with this site. Sorted out a new look, or well rather new colors, for the site as well as for the community.

Eventually I'm sure I'll get back into sorting themes for wordpress, and perhaps for other systems as well. I keep things updated and try to keep my self informed about what happens with developments of the systems that I use.

The future of this site is uncertain, I use it mainly for testing purposes as it is right now, and keep it live just because I can keep it up sort of.

We're up to date

Finally the new version of the site is launched. Still working a bit on customizing the looks, but apart from that all functionality should be sorted out now.

If you see something that is strange please let me know.

New address for the community

Submitted by Anna on Mon, 04/06/2015 - 12:12

The forums have moved so that the address matches the actual link name, it is now located at http://webbyanna.com/community

During this move I also upgraded the forums to the latest major version, this unfortunately means that the aracade is temporarily out of comission. Hopefully it won't be too long before the arcade can be brought back, the developer is working on it.

I have also started to look into upgrading to the next major version of drupal, this proved to be a bit of a pain unfortunately, but we'll get there eventually, or if tests go well I might jump directly to drupal 8 once that gets released, documentation suggests that would be an optional route.
